What should I do?
- When you get a booking it’s important that you accept it asap and write the customer a message - As a Helper it’s your responsibility to communicate
- You will receive a notification on your phone and e -mail.
- You can change your notifications settings under the Profile tab. Scroll down to Beskeder (Messages) and change when and where you want the notifications.
Please note! According to our guidelines you must accept the booking within 6 hours otherwise your profile can get deactivated.
