Customers and helpers on the Happy Helper platform can edit or cancel active bookings themselves by using our self-service.
Login at your profile and choose the tab "indbakke" (inbox). Here you can edit by choosing the box 'rediger aftale' (edit appointment) and follow the instructions step-by-step.
Since your customer has to confirm the change, we recommend that you still agree directly with the other part.
If you and the customer has made a change in the booking less than 24 hours before starttime and therefore can't make any changes, please contact our Support Team for help.
