If you receive a creditnota (Kreditnota) for a cleaning, it means that the customer has received a refund of a certain amount. You work as a freelancer with Happy helper and for this reason you will receive notice regarding any transactions on your bookings.
There are different reasons as to why a customer receives a refund;
The most common reason is that a discount was not registered on a cleaning, and the customer is then receiving their discount as a refund.
A refund can also be made as a compensation for a customer if they have had an unsatisfactory cleaning. In these cases, Happy Helper will always want to hear both sides of the story; hence, we will always try to contact you by phone or e-mail.
Even though it says there is a refund of a certain amount, it will not affect your payout. You will receive the full payout. Happy Helper will cover the value of the refund.
