Your account might be placed under review by our Happy Helper Support team for multiple reasons:
1. New Helper Review: Once you have signed up and paid your onboarding fee, our team will review your profile to work out the final details with you.
The final step is therefore a short conversation with our onboarding team. The purpose of the call is simply to walk you through the best tips and tricks as a Helper. If you have any doubts or questions, of course, feel free to ask. You book a call on your profile by clicking 'book onboarding call via Calendly'
2. Conduct Review: If your work ethic or behavior falls short of the Happy Helper terms and conditions you confirmed, your account may be placed under review. Another reason might be the lack of responsiveness to both Support and customers (such as new bookings or messages). In this case we will will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
