There can be 2 reasons why your profile is showing the box "You are not yet approved and live on the platform - your profile is not approved":
You are a new Helper on the platform and there is still some information missing on your profile. This could as an example be: profile picture, payment information etc.
Our recruiting team will daily look through newly created profiles; therefore, you will automatically receive a call or e-mail from them if anything should be missing. Remember to check your spam folder.
If you are not yet approved, but your profile is finished, please contact Happy Helper Support.
Please notice that when you have uploaded your picture then it can take up to 48 hours to get approved.
Your profile can actively be unapproved by Happy Helper Support. The reason could be because of lacking response to both Support and customers (new bookings/messages), inactivity or inquiries from unsatisfied customers.
Happy Helper Support will always try to call you if something seems to be wrong. If we do not get a hold of you, we will send an e-mail. Please always check your spam folder.
