Bookers and Helpers on the Happy Helper platform can edit and cancel active bookings themselves.
Log in to your profile and:
- Press 'my orders'
- Find the specific order and press 'view order'
- Press 'manage' and choose either:
- Edit - edit entire order or a single cleaning
- Cancel - cancel entire order or a single cleaning
- You can also choose 'cleanings' if you only need to edit one cleaning.
You can edit or cancel bookings up to the minute they were supposed to begin. But before changing anything make sure the customer has accepted it.
