TRYG Insurance

Happy Helper has made an agreement with TRYG Insurance to ensure both you and the Booker's furnitures, floors etc. when you are working. 

What is most important to know about the insurance is:

- It covers any accident that might happen to you during the booking and also on your direct way to and from the booking (only when using a biking helmet, if using a bike)
- It covers all the things the booker has, if you are to break anything

Attached your will find the full agreement so you can see exactly what it covers and in which situations. 

A good thing to remember is that you cannot throw the thing out that has been broken, since the booker might need to take pictures of it to document the accident to TRYG. 
Remember to always contact the booker if any accident happens and forward them to us. 

We hope that you will not be needing this insurance but if something are to happen, then we will of course help you. 

The insurance costs 3,6 DKK per hour you are working and will be charged automatically.

Please note that Pro helpers are companies with their own insurance covering their employees and your inventory. Therefore, Pro helpers are not included in the cooperation with TRYG insurance.
