If you are interested in creating a profile at Happy Helper then you have to make sure that you have all of the required information before you start. It's important that you have a CPR number, a Danish bank account, a Danish phone number and a clean criminal record.
If you have all of the above then you can now start making your profile!
When making your profile, you will be taken through different steps; You will have to write your personal information, choose the areas you want to work in, see our introduction video to make sure you are well informed and ready to work, answer a few questions regarding the video etc. Furthermore, you will have to upload a picture of yourself so that Bookers can see who you are on the website. The picture has to fulfil the given requirements, which will be stated on the sign-up site.
At last you will be charged an onboarding fee of 50 DKK in order to get approved. The fee is being charged since we provide a well-functioning platform for you to get bookings from and get started working. You can get the fee refunded if an already active Helper with good ratings recommend you. The Helper has to contact our support team at support@happyhelper.dk and inform us regarding the recommendation, whereafter we will refund the fee.
When your profile is completed and you have uploaded a picture of yourself, then you will have to wait up to 48 hours to get approved. We will contact you as soon as you have been approved and are ready to get your first booking!
