Creating a profile

If you are interested in creating a profile at Happy Helper then you have to make sure that you have all of the required information before you start. It's important that you have:

• Danish CPR number
• Danish bank account
• Danish phone number
• Valid working and residence permit
• Clean criminal record

If you have all of the above then you can now start making your profile!

When you create your profile, you will be taken through a few different steps. You will, among other things, have to enter personal information, select the areas you want to work in, watch our introductory video to get dressed well, and then answer some questions based on the video you have watched.

Finally, you can add a picture of yourself so that Bookers can see who you are on the website. The picture must meet certain requirements to be fulfilled, which will be stated on the creation page.

Once you have completed your profile, you should be approved within 24 hours.

If you have not been approved yet, you can check under 'my orders' if there is anything you need to fill out.
