Creating a profile

If you are interested in creating a profile at Happy Helper then you have to make sure that you have all of the required information before you start. It's important that you have:

• Danish CPR number
• Danish bank account
• Danish phone number
• Valid working and residence permit
• Clean criminal record

If you have all of the above then you can now start making your profile!

When making your profile, you will be taken through different steps; You will have to write your personal information, choose the areas you want to work in, see our introduction video and make sure to pay attention, since the next step will be a few questions based on what you saw in the video.

Last step is to book a call with our Onboarding team. Before we can approve your profile we do want to have a short chat with you, so we can make sure to give you a good start and get your profile approved. You can book a call under the tab 'inbox' and 'profile'.

Our Onboarding team will then call you on the schedule time, so be ready to pick up the phone :) 

If you should get prevented to have a chat, please reschedule the call via the email you should have received from Calendly. 

Furthermore you can upload a picture of yourself so that Bookers can see who you are on the website. The picture has to fulfil the given requirements, which will be stated when you press 'upload picture'.
