We understand that illness can come unexpectedly, and it’s frustrating to have to cancel a booking when you’re not feeling well.
- If you feel unwell, try to reschedule with your helper first – many helpers are flexible and happy to find a new time.
- If rescheduling isn’t an option and you have to cancel, please inform your helper as soon as possible.
- The cancellation fee still applies (You can read more about this here: How does the cancellation policy work for customers?), but we encourage you to explain your situation to your helper, as some may be understanding and open to finding another solution.
