In your profile you will find the tab "Available orders".
When bookers create a booking they can chose one of four categories*. The booking will be dispatched to available orders. It will then be available to all Helpers who is the area, available and in that category.
With these bookings it is first come, first serve and it runs completely automatically. Happy Helper Support do not choose the Helper. Please note that some bookings in available orders often gets assigned quickly since we have many active Helpers on the platform - so don't give up if you haven't gotten a booking yet!
It is important that you only take the booking if you are available on the day and time and that you are willing to take the booking for the price** that is given. It is very disappointing for a customer to receive a confirmation email and then afterwards have to discuss day, time etc.
Also pay attention if the booker has left a comment on the booking. We encourage booker to add a comment if they have any information about the cleaning, ex: "I have a cat/dog/pet", "it is only cleaning of bathroom" etc.
If you get the booking then you will be notified by email that it is yours and you will be able to find it both in your inbox and under 'my orders'.

**These bookings has a fixed rate no matter your own set hourly rate. When taken these bookings you also accept this fixed rate, and it is not be negotiated with customer.
