I need more time on a cleaning / I finished earlier

Not enough time:

If you are on a cleaning where you realize you need more time to finish all tasks you have to contact the booker. Ask them if they are okay with adding ex. 30 minutes or 1 hour. If they accept you contact Happy Helper Support and we can help adjust the hours. 

If the booker can not afford more time then ask the booker what they would like you to prioritize for the remaining time. At the end inform the booker what you did not have time to do. Then you have also warned them about lacking areas. 

What to do if you finish your work early:

If you are booked for 2.5 hours but finish after 1.5 hours, then you need to contact the booker and ask if they have any extra tasks you can help with. That could be for example cleaning the fridge, oven, cabins on the inside, laundry, water plants, etc. 

If there is no more for you to help with then you have to contact Happy Helper Support and we can adjust the time. The booker should only pay for the time that is used.
