My profile

On your Happy Helper profile you will find your personal account. The account contains all your personal information. This is also where you can change your data, password, view your bookings and much more.

When you open your profile, you have access to the following information:

• Inbox
• My schedule
• My orders and also monthly statements
• Available orders
• Profile
• Account settings

Inbox: Here you can write with your bookers. You can also see inbox from closed/finished bookings by pressing on 'archived'

My schedule: You can choose when and how often you want to work. In the calendar, you can mark which days and time of day you are not free. You can also see your upcoming bookings.

My orders: An overview of all your orders. By pressing 'see order' you can see more details as well as the inbox where you can write directly to the booker.

Monthly statements: Here you can see bookings you have completed in the various months and download the overview.

Available orders: When a customer does not choose a specific helper, their order will appear here as an available order that any helper can bid on. Only bookings in your selected areas and based on your available days will be shown here.

Profile: Here you can see how your profile looks to the bookers. You can also write a review of your bookers.

Account settings: Here you can edit your profile, areas, profile picture, notification settings, etc.
