On your Happy Helper profile you will find your personal account. The account contains all your personal information. It is also here you can change your information, password, see your bookings and much more.
When you log in you will have access to the following information:
- Inbox
- Bookinges
- Profile
- Notification preferences
- Areas
- Ratings
- Working hours
- Available jobs
Inbox: Here it will be possible for you to contact your customers to agree upon changes, exchange of keys etc.
Bookings: This is an overview of all of your bookings, where you will be able to see all upcoming dates with each customer.
Profile: Here you can change your information such as phone number, email and password. It is also here you can download your contract.
Further down on the page you will be able to change your notification settings to your need.
Areas: You can select the areas you want to be active in. In this way you can ensure that you don't have to travel far for work but can stay in the areas near you.
Ratings: After you have had a booking with a customer, both of you can rate each other; You can give between 1-5 hearts and leave a comment if there is anything you think would be nice for the next Helper to know.
Working hours: You get to choose when and how often you want to work. In your calendar you can choose which days plus what time during the days you want to work.
Available jobs: If a customer choose on the website that we should choose a Helper for them then we will post the booking in here.
It is first come, first serve and the bookings are usually taken within just at few seconds!
