When you signed up at our website you also signed your freelance Terms and conditions, which is about the corporation with TRYG Insurance and our expectations to you and your work at the platform.
If you need the document, you can always find and download it on your profile under the tab 'profile' down at the bottom.
If it is not possible for you to find the document, it might be because your profile was created before we transferred the contracts to the profiles. You can always contact our Support team by mail or phonecall (89 88 31 88) so we can send you the document.
You are working as a freelancer on Happy Helper's platform. Therefore, we are not your employer and will not be able to sign documents when you apply for maternity leave, vacation, etc.
Cancellation Fees for Helpers
To ensure a fair experience for both customers and helpers, cancellation fees also apply to helpers if they cancel a booking at short notice:
- More than 48 hours before the cleaning → No cancellation fee.
- 24-48 hours before the cleaning → 50% of the cleaning price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the cleaning → 100% of the cleaning price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The fee will be visible in the helper’s account overview and will be deducted from the current or upcoming month’s earnings.
General Conditions for Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made through the platform as early as possible to minimize the impact on the other party.
- If a customer or a helper experiences technical issues preventing cancellation, documentation is required for the case to be reviewed.
- In cases of illness or emergencies, both customers and helpers are encouraged to communicate directly with the other party and try to find a solution, such as rescheduling.
