Your account may be inactive ('under review') for a variety of reasons:
1. New Helper: Once you have signed up and completed all requirements, your profile should be ready. If not, click on 'my orders' to see what you need to do before your profile is complete.
2. Unwanted behavior: If your work ethic or behavior does not meet the Happy Helper terms you agreed to during registration, your account may be placed inactive or under review.
Another reason may be a lack of communication with both support and customers (e.g. new orders or messages).
If this is the case, we will try to contact you to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach you, we will send an email — please check your spam folder. If you have not received any communication from us, please call us at 89 88 31 88 or email support@happyhelper.dk
3. Would like to be active again: If you have not been active for a longer period (+1 year) your profile may be set as inactive. Please contact Happy Helper Support who can help you get your profile approved again.
